You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
Unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
Footwear must be returned in the original shoe box (not used as a shipping box).

Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
